  • Position Summary

This opportunity is perfect for students who want to learn about digital analytics for business. Students will work with Dr. Jeff Lee (who received his PhD from Harvard Business School, and taught in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology business school program).  Students will work on big data projects about digital marketing and social media.

We welcome applications from students from several majors, including: computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, psychology, sociology, business or marketing.  We also welcome applications from both graduate (PhD, Masters) and undergraduate students.

We prefer students with some experience in programming, specifically in web scraping and managing datasets (e.g. via Python and MySQL). Students may have the opportunity to collect and analyze both language and other word-of-mouth data online.
