  • Position Summary

    If you interested in engineering & projects management; if you good at language translation between English & Chinese, if you work earnestly, and like teamwork and communicating with people, then you are the one we eagerly want.


    • Responsible for professional translation of campus engineering & projects meeting minutes, files and documents, etc.
    • Good at efficient communicating with contractors and departments, ensuring project timeline achieved as scheduled.
    • Support project leader all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations and related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, and installation through start-up, acceptance and project close-out.
    • Help project leader to arrange day-to-day administrative work related to engineering management.
    • Support team member about administration, timeline, budget, quality, safety and other related issues.
    • Weekly and routine report is necessary including any urgent issues timely.


    Required Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in English major and interested in electrical/mechanical/architecture. Master’s degree preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proficient in English and Chinese
    • Good at language translation between English and Chinese.
    • Good oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational and planning skills, communicating critical, time-sensitive information to the appropriate parties and provide follow-up action as necessary, and informing related representatives about any issues that arise, and facilitate the satisfactory resolution to issues.
