Position Summary

  • Assist IT staff manage the daily operation of IT front desk.
  • Answer a variety of basic IT questions at the IT front desk.
  • Perform full range of circulation desk procedure with an automated circulation system.
  • Support with questions related to the equipment loan services.
  • Provide assistance to patrons with equipment reservation and recommendations.
  • Perform equipment sorting and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Good English communication and writing skills; 
  • Customer-oriented; 
  • Knowledges about SLR cameras would have priority; 
  • Basic knowledge of Assets management is a plus; 
  • Work at least 3 days a week.‚Äč
