This position is to recruit a part-time research associate who will work closely with Dr. Eva Lin onsite at NYU Shanghai. The responsibilities will be about 80-90% research and 10-20% teaching. As a research associate, you will work with the professor on a number of new and ongoing projects in behavioral science, social psychology, and organizational behavior. For the teaching support aspect, you will focus on assisting the professor in preparing course materials and organizing exercises. The position is expected to start in February and is expected to last at least six month (possibly a year or more).
This position is open to applicants who are planning to go into either academia (e.g., graduate school) or industry in the future. Dr. Eva Lin has extensive experience working with research assistants and analysts across disciplines and backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to get the relevant research experience if you are interested in applying to PhD programs in Management or Marketing.
This is a part-time position with flexible work hours throughout the appointment (a maximum of 24 hours a week for busy periods). Candidates must hold valid eligibility to work in China and must not be enrolled in any full-time degree programs.
