The Assistant Dean of Students is a senior leadership role within Student Affairs, responsible for overseeing university-wide case management systems, behavioral intervention efforts, and cross-functional strategies that promote student wellbeing, safety, and student flourishing.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs / Dean of Students, the Assistant Dean leads institutional responses to students of concern, coordinates risk reduction efforts, supervises key student support functions, and develops policies and protocols that directly impact the student experience and campus climate.
